The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We especially loved visiting local attractions and experiencing the city life right at our doorstep!
One downside was the difficulty accessing the lobby due to slow elevators, which could be a bit frustrating at peak times.

The staff went above and beyond during our stay, especially when my brother lost his phone in a taxi on the way to our accommodation. They immediately reached out to security to review the footage and helped us retrieve it. The views of the Hong Kong Island skyline from our room were stunning, and the thoughtful touch of a personalized card and treats for our celebration made it extra special.

Staying in a beautifully designed two-bedroom apartment provided stunning views and excellent convenience due to direct access to a vibrant shopping destination. Lastly, I encountered minor difficulties with housekeeping, leading to a couple of overlooked details in our room.
